Metal Testing Facility
The Metal Testing Facility provides comprehensive Chemical, Mechanical, and Metallurgical analysis of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys, including Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Tor Steel, Alloy Steels, Aluminium, Copper, and Brass.
Chemical composition is precisely determined using Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES) to verify alloying elements and ensure material grade compliance. The facility also evaluates Mechanical Properties (tensile, hardness, impact) and performs Metallurgical examination to assess microstructure and detect defects.
