Load Tests for Bridges and Piles
1
Load tests for bridges and piles are conducted to verify in-situ load-carrying capacity, stiffness, and serviceability of structural and foundation elements. Controlled static or dynamic loads are applied, and responses such as deflection, settlement, and strain are measured and compared with design criteria. These tests confirm design adequacy, construction quality, and structural safety in accordance with applicable standards.
2
We carry out comprehensive load testing of bridges, piles (static, dynamic, cross-hole sonic logging, and integrity tests), and slabs in accordance with Indian Standards (IS), IRC, ASTM, and other applicable codes to evaluate and confirm their structural performance and load-bearing capacity.
